Shawn Pollard

Shawn is the Senior Inventory Manager at Rafanelli Events, where he has been a vital part of the operations team since 2013. Based in the Greater Boston area, he oversees inventory logistics for large-scale productions, ensuring the seamless coordination of materials across a wide range of high-touch events.

With a background in venue operations and event concessions, Shawn brings more than two decades of experience in inventory control, staffing, and event support.

Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Fitness Administration from Western New England University. Outside of work, he enjoys following sports, spending time outdoors, and being with friends and family.
