Haley Schneider

Haley Schneider is a Senior Production Manager at Rafanelli Events. Haley’s passion for the events industry started after completing a summer internship at Rafanelli in 2016. She joined the company full-time in 2019 in the New York market as a Production Coordinator. Since, Haley has managed and produced multiple projects in the private and nonprofit sector in various markets across the US and abroad.

She has worked in a wide array of venues including functions at the White House, tented celebrations at private homes, and large-scale galas in Manhattan and DC. Haley thrives under pressure and always aims to quickly assesses her client’s and team’s needs. Her fascination and adoration for event management is what drives her to succeed.

Haley’s educational background includes a Hospitality Management degree with Penn State University. Outside of work, she enjoys trying new restaurants, relaxing at home with a new TV show, and is always on the hunt for the best Espresso Martini.
