Elizabeth Kilmer

Elizabeth Kilmer is a Production Manager at Rafanelli Events, working primarily in nonprofit events, galas, and weddings. She brings a background in hospitality and marketing to her work, with experience in event logistics, vendor management, and onsite production.

Her passion for events began with an internship at Rafanelli Events in 2022. After continuing as an onsite Production Assistant, she joined the company full-time in 2024 and was promoted to Production Manager in 2025. She loves the fast-paced, behind-the-scenes nature of production and the collaborative process of bringing an event to life.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and Marketing from Merrimack College and a Master of Science in Digital Marketing from Sacred Heart University.
