Overview
The Social Media & CRM Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing Rafanelli Events online presence, engagement, and customer relationship management. This hybrid role blends social media strategy, content creation, and digital storytelling with CRM management to optimize client interactions, nurture relationships, and drive conversions. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this position is ideal for a creative and strategic professional who excels in digital marketing, audience engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
This entry to mid-level role offers an opportunity to develop and implement dynamic content strategies while leveraging CRM tools to enhance customer experiences and marketing efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media management, digital advertising, CRM platforms, email marketing, and audience segmentation.
Roles & Responsibilities
Content & Social Media Management
Content Development
- Develop original content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Write, edit, and curate engaging text, image, and video content that showcases our brand and drives audience engagement.
- Assist with digital ad creation, management, and reporting on:
- Social (Instagram, Facebook & TikTok)
- Google Ads
- Align content with brand campaigns and digital marketing strategies.
- Develop and manage blog content and the monthly email newsletter.
Content Scheduling & Platform Management
- Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
- Monitor real-time engagement and respond to comments, messages, and queries.
- Implement strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive brand awareness.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, media, and brand partners to expand reach.
CRM Management & Customer Engagement
CRM Strategy & Implementation
- Manage and maintain the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., HubSpot).
- Develop automated workflows and segmentation strategies to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Oversee data integrity, ensuring accurate, up-to-date contact records and audience segmentation.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to implement lead generation strategies.
- Create custom dashboards and generate reports on CRM performance and customer insights.
Email & Lead Nurturing Campaigns
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and clients.
- Create personalized customer journeys using automation tools.
- Track email campaign performance and optimize for open rates, engagement, and conversions.
Data & Performance Analytics
- Utilize Google Analytics, CRM reports, and social media analytics to track performance and inform strategy.
- Measure KPIs and campaign effectiveness, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on social and CRM performance.
Website & Digital Presence Management
- Update and maintain the company website with fresh content and event updates.
- Oversee Google My Business, Yelp, and other digital profiles to enhance brand credibility.
- Manage and organize a library of digital assets, including images, videos, and marketing materials.
Collaboration & Vendor Partnerships
- Work with sales, design, and production teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Assist in managing relationships with PR agencies, media outlets, and content creators.
- Oversee partnerships with photography/videography vendors and manage contracts, insurance, NDAs, and image strategy.
- Assist in coordinating press/media outreach, influencer collaborations, and special brand campaigns.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, CRM management, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms.
- Strong experience with Google Analytics, social media analytics, and data reporting.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Expertise in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
- Familiarity with social media management tools (Sprout Social, Later, or similar).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to brand voice and audience engagement.
- Experience managing websites via WordPress, Squarespace, or similar CMS platforms.
