Production Assistant

We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented Production Assistants to support our team during the on-site execution of events. This is an as-needed, event-based position, not a full-time role, and is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and being part of the team that brings events to life. Onsite shifts typically last between four and 12 hours and include nights and weekends.

Production Assistants work alongside our production team to help ensure events run smoothly from setup through breakdown. Responsibilities may include assisting with event setup, managing event materials, supporting vendor coordination, directing guests, providing general logistical support throughout the event, and breakdown. 

Responsibilities may include:

·       Assisting with event setup and breakdown

·       Helping manage and distribute event materials and supplies

·       Supporting vendor load-in and load-out

·       Assisting with guest flow and directional support

·       Helping maintain the organization of production areas

·       Providing general logistical support to the production team as needed

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable taking direction, and able to remain calm and helpful in a dynamic event environment.

Requirements

·       Ability to work on your feet for extended periods

·       Strong communication and teamwork skills

·       Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed

·       Availability for evening and weekend events

·       Ability to lift and carry up to 20lbs
